Shipping Policy

In stock items will be shipped within 3-5 working days from placing your order and shipping costs are individually listed in the product details.

If we are promoting Free shipping this applies to Standard shipping for all Australian metro cities unless stated otherwise and remote areas will need to contact me for a quote. 

Custom made orders will take a little longer and we will communicate the expected time due to our current work load. Please contact us if you require something in a hurry and we will endeavour to fulfil the request where possible. Most items will have the estimated production time listed in the descriptions.

Items are sent with standard Australia post shipping methods, Express or courier options are available upon communication with us.

We are not responsible for damaged items after they leave our hands.

Items may also be available to pick up from Magpie Markets Lawson 3rd Sunday of the month
